Following training camp on the 28th, Running back Kenyan Drake spoke about the 2022 training camp, being versatile, his role as a NFL veteran, and much more.
Despite brutal humidity, Drake shared that it feels great to be back. Reflecting on his career, Drake said that has had a focus on versatility. To him, that means being able to do everything and anything his coach asks him to do. Having such great players around him, Drake said, has boosted his excitement for the season as he looks forward to contribute in any way he can.
Drake also spoke on his role within the team, specifically with the rookie players. He believes it is important to lift up the younger guys in the room. With going on his 7th season in the NFL, he said that his job is to bring his expertise and disperse that energy and knowledge to anyone who needs it.
